Customized Spa Facials
Skincare isn’t one-size-fits-all, and your facial shouldn’t be either. Every treatment starts with a conversation. Your esthetician will take the time to understand your skin, goals, and routine before recommending the best treatment.
Before your facial, stop by the Aromatherapy Bar to choose a signature scent. This personalized touch is woven into your warm towel application and arm & hand ritual, adding an extra layer of relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations require a 24-hour notice to avoid fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- Same-day bookings that are canceled or rescheduled will result in a $25 fee.
Payment & Fees
- A 3-4% service charge is applied at checkout to support ongoing staff education, guest amenities, and operational costs. This fee is non-taxed and does not apply to retail purchases or gratuity.
- A stored credit card is required on file for adherence to our cancellation policy.
Refund & Exchange Policy
- No refunds on services.
- Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
