Your Skin Spa First Visit Guide
When You Arrive
- Our front door is at he corner of 9th Avenue North and 4th Street, inside the Seawalk Village Shopping Center in Jacksonville Beach.
- Feel free to park in any available space in the Seawalk Village area or in the gravel lot across from the church on 8th Avenue North and 4th Street.
- Look for our custom Skin Spa sidewalk sign outside—it might just have your name on it.
- Come inside and check in with our front desk support team. If you haven’t already completed your digital intake forms, they’ll help you finish them after you arrive.
Before/After Your Visit
- We recommend discontinuing any retinols, Retin-A, Tazorac, tretinoin, or other exfoliating products at least 3 days before your service.
- Sunscreen is your bestie—wear daily, especially after your facial.
- If you have any questions about prep or skincare products, don’t hesitate to call.
Amenities + Vibes
- Enjoy our Flamingo Coffee Bar while you wait, stocked with coffee/teas, elevated snacks, and more.
- Restrooms are available (we have two).
- Free Wi-Fi and a cozy, stylish lobby to chill in before your service.
The Skin Spa Flow
- You’ll be greeted by name and offered water.
- Your esthetician will walk you to our Aromatherapy Bar to select your custom scent.
- They’ll guide you to your treatment room, where you’ll choose between a warm or room-temperature gown.
- You’ll be shown how to get settled, then left to relax before your treatment begins.
- Once your esthetician returns, they’ll do a thorough consultation to review your skin goals, routines, and make the appropriate recommendations for treatment.
- From there, it’s glow time.
Transparent Pricing & Policies
We pride ourselves on clear, up-front pricing and guest-first policies.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations require 24-hour notice.
- Less than 24 hours may result in a 50% charge.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Same-day cancellations/reschedules incur a $25 fee.
Payment & Fees:
- A 3% service fee is applied at checkout to support guest amenities, education, and operations.
- This fee does not apply to retail purchases or gratuity.
- This fee is not a tax and is not taxable.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- No refunds on services.
- Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days.
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
