Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hour notice of cancellation for any appointment for any service. Appointments that are CANCELLED less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge that is 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the service cost. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. For a fee of $25, we extend a one-time courtesy to clients that need to RESCHEDULE an appointment within the 24 hour window, the 50% charge is assessed thereafter. We will also require consent to store credit card information for the purpose of collecting the necessary fees for violating this policy.

Also, please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
