Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please allow at least 24-hour notice. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).

“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the service cost. Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we will be expecting you to be there. Please, please,please…with a cherry on top…do not no show! All it takes is a phone call, text message, or email to let us know you won’t be making your appointment. Understandably, there are times when circumstances are beyond our control, these instances will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Also, please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
