- We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for any appointment for any service. Appointments that are canceled less than 24-hours in advance may result in a charge that is 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the cost of service. Appointments booked day-of and canceled or rescheduled same day will result in $25 fee.
- We will also require consent to store credit card information for the purpose of collecting the necessary fees for violating our cancellation policy.
- A 3-4% service charge will be added upon check-out. This nominal fee allows us to continue covering education for staff, amenities for our guests, and rising costs of overhead expenses. The fee is non-taxed and does NOT apply to retail or gratuity.
